Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Hazy golden colour with reddish tinge, big bubbly foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of raspberry, apple, musky. Taste is sweet, apple, raspberry, vanilla, musk sticks, some tartness. Medium bodied, high carbonation, sweet at the finish. OK, abit sweet

5/7/2021. Keg at the Fat Cat, Norwich. Pours clear bright gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of crisp apple, citrus, light sulphur and sherbet notes. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Moderate body, watery texture, very fizzy. Decent aroma, over-carbonation spoiled it.

5/7/2021. From BIAB at the Fat Cat, Norwich. Pours clear pale amber with minimal head. Aroma of sweet apple and raspberry with floral and vanilla notes. Medium to heavy sweetness and a very slight tart edge. Moderate body, sticky texture, low carbonation. Sticky caramel raspberry finish, picked up a little more tartness and improved when it did. Not bad but too sweet for my preference.
