Slightly bready and minimally toasty, pale malty and minimally grassy, hoppy aroma, hints of bread crust, some protein, whiffs of peanut. Taste is slightly bready and minimally toasty, almost a tad nutty, pale malty, slightly caramel malty and mildly bitter, grassy hoppy, hints of caramel, some toffee, bread crust, some residual sweetness, some protein.
Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft, almost a tad slimy, minimally cloying palate, medium, dense, lively carbonation.
Nice malt flavours, sadly a tad overcarbonated - decent.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, redd-ish, dark amber colour with average to huge, firm, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Toasty, nutty, minimally chocolately, caramel and dark malty as well as slightly grassy and minimally floral, hoppy aroma, notes of praline, nougat, some milk chocolate, toffee, a touch of caramel. Taste is slightly toasty and nutty, minimally chocolately, dark and caramel malty, minimally grassy hoppy, hints of praline, nougat, toasted hazelnut, peanut, a touch of toffee and milk chocolate.
Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, silky, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Balanced, harmonious, smooth - good.

Slightly bready, minimally grainy, spicy, pale malty aroma, mildly grassy, hoppy overtones, hints of bread crust, whiffs of spelt, a touch of protein. Taste is slightly spicy, minimally bready, pale malty, slightly grassy, moderately bitter hoppy and minimally yeasty fruity, hints of bread crust, some residual sweetness, a weak touch of apricot and banana, some protein.
Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, dense, foamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well crafted, rather hoppy, nice (hoppy and malty) spiciness - above average Helles, but still a Helles.

Slightly bready, spicy, minimally strawy and smoky, pale malty and slightly floral, grassy, minimally fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of brown bread crust, bread dough, "Steinofenbrot", whiffs of smoked wood, smoked peach. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally biscuity as well as minimally spicy and bready, pale malty, mildly smoky and slightly bitter, grassy, minimally floral and fruity hoppy, hints of brown bread crust, Steinofenbrot, a touch of smoked wood, smoked peach, almost a minimally ashy touch; very, very mild, more grassy, chlorophyllic than citrusy tartness.
Oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy palate, medium to fine, dense, foamy, prickly carbonation.
Wonderful composition, well crafted, well balanced, nice mild smokiness, nice subtle sweetness - Schlenkerla excellence is very present.
