(bottle) Cloudy, amber colour with a big and slightly beige foamy head. Moderately wheaty, slightly cara-malty and bready aroma with a tinge of citrus and traces of cloves. Mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a pleasantly matured and smooth carbonation. Wheaty and slightly cara-malty taste; a delicate fruit-character shows up towards the slightly sweet and sour finish. A bit slim but very pleasant Ur-Weisse. 15.X.10

(bottle) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Moderately wheaty and citrus-/lemon-fruity aroma and a flowery hoppy touch. Moderately sweet and sour flavour, light bodied with a rather soft carbonation. Slightly wheaty start with with notes of lemon and shades of cloves in the background; dry-ish, sour-fruity and slightly hoppy finish with a tinge of metal. Nevertheless a drinkable Weizen light. 08.X.10

(bottle) Hazy, orange to amber colour with ugly yeast-floaties and a big and tanned frothy head, quickly diminishing. Moderately sweet and yeasty wheat-malty aroma with a tinge of citric acidity and notes of cloves and vanilla. Sweet and slightly sour flavour, medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Good wheat-character, moderately fruity taste with notes of banana and ripe citrus; moderately sweet and slightly fruity finish with a good length. A decent Weizenbock. 14.I.09

Bottle. Sweet barley malt aroma with metallic finish. Clear pale yellow color with small head. Sweet milky barley malt and moderate bitter dry grass hops flavor. Decent - not bad but not great.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a beautiful, blond foamy head. Sweet pale malty and strawy nose with a distinctive touch of nettle-like hops. Light-bitter flavour, medium bodied with a mild carbonation. Soft malty, slightly grainy taste with a mild malty and herbal, slightly grassy finish. Not particularly demanding (15.IV.09).

(33cl bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Sweet strawy malty and slightly grainy and milky aroma with shades of herbal hops and notes of plastic in the background. Light-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Strawy malt-character with herbal accents; almost dry, moderately malty and herbal hoppy finish. Middle of the road Helles (31.III.09).

(bottle) Hazy, yellow colour with a big and loose foamy white head. Light-sweet grainy and wheaty nose with citrus-fruity and faint flowery notes. Light-sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Slightly grainy wheat-malty taste with a moderate fruit character; almost dry and a bit slim finish with a shy fruity acidity and bitter tart notes. Not necessarily the wheat beer the world is waiting for (17.III.09).
