Pours a clean golden colour with a big head that is creamy, bubbly, warm off-white with good retention and lots of creamy lacing. Cereal grain aromas with a little rye, darker grains. The mouthfeel has some nice soft dryness of a good APA. Good bitterness for the style, cutting the sweetness of the grainy malts. Enough piney and grassy notes. A nice American Pale Ale.

A resinous hop-shaped olfactory on a cereal malty base that enhances a mixture of grain and biscuit. Creamy and dense foam on very light amber golden liquid giving off a high amount of bubbles. Intense hop flavours developing a deep astringent bitterness. The very dry and ridiculously bitter taste persists for long seconds. The malted base supports grain and biscuit flavors. The body is quite ample and the carbonation is very active. We have here of an APA with excessive bitterness that dominates all other flavors. I would have appreciated a better balance and especially a little more fruitiness of yeast and hops. O :7.35 V :5.0 G :5.8 B :2.0 O :13.5 T :33.65

Can that pours a clean golden colour with nice carbonation creating a big frothy warm cap, very good retention and lots of foamy lace patches. Very sweet aromas of caramel malts with coffee notes - yes, coffee notes - not hops for an IPA. It's almost diacetyl, but it is luckily not. Some cereal hints do help. The taste shows the big caramel malts, but the hops do show up in the finish. Again, a blend of the coffee notes with much stronger grassiness. Some nice bitterness in the finish. Reminds me of an old school IPA, which I had not had in a while. Way before West Coast was a thing.

This stout poured a dark amber colour with a tan coloured head. Scents include coffee, caramel and a little smoke. Doesn’t look like your average stout. Minimal lacing. First swig was quite sweet with flavours of caramel, dark roast coffee and toast. Finish is a little bitter with smoky malt flavours lingering.
