Cask-conditioned at the Pelican, Gloucester 8/2/2019. Deep amber in colour with a thin, white, head. Caramel, red berries, leafy hops, slightly bready malts, leading to a whiff of smoke in the finish. Enjoyable.

Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Watery finish, otherwise not bad.
