Explosive gushing upon opening over all my equipment to a dirty-ochre beer with vicious UFO's in the end. Pharmaceutical nose, bit herbal, dry cookies, bit of candi sugar. Awful herbal/spiced flavour, again pharmaceutical bitterness. Bit burning MF, light body, but filled with??? Long time I'v had something so awfully infected. En stoemelings overseen?

Bouteille 33cl de Malt Attacks, BB 04/2021.
Dorée présentant un léger voile, col blanc fin.
Arôme au bouquet plaisant parfumé léger fleuri - jasmin, le tout conservant un rétro belge au niveau des esters de la levure.
Palais est facilement axé sur du belge - blanche, fleuri plaisant apport du jasmin, un peu dans un style mentholé-citronné.
Sec en fin de bouche avec retour de grains, le tout ayant un côté un peu de carton mouillé.
Simple et correcte.

Bottle. BXL pack. Had this at the local kebop shop. Slightly dirty, dark brown. Off white head is lasting and semi lacing. Nose has chocolate and roast coffee malt. Peppery leaf. Some dark fruit. Taste has a decent balance of bittersweet. Medium body feels easy for the ABV. Foamy carbonation. Lingering light bitterness to finish.

Dry, wheaty, bit of fruit. Bit of creaminess. Very easy drinking. Perhaps a touch spicier than a DuPont. Good though.

Wow! Interesting tripel. Very biscuity, sweetness is low, malt at the front again. Got that tripel pear drop thing going on later. Caramel. Lots going on. Really nice!

33cl bottle. F: huge, white, good retention. C: pale gold, light hazy. A: malty, herbal, bit bready, yeasty, spicy, bit grassy. T: medium malty base, bready, yeasty, spicy, bit caramel, decent long lasting bitterness, soft carbonation, not bad, easy drinkable, enjoyed.

Hazy light yellow, big white head. Nose is wheat, perfummy. Taste is nice fresh wheat flavors, bit spice . Refreshing

07-12-19 // found by accident. Bardaf Pop Up shop in Brussels. Talked with the brewer/owner of the brand. Techniqually should be listed as a client brewer. Great Belgian Strong Ale with hoppy aromas. Cascade and Target hops. Smooth for 8.5%
