New APA by this zealous Brussels nouvelle vague brewery, thanks to tderoeck for sharing. Large-bubbled, egg-white, thick, cobweb-lacing head, hazy yellow-golden straw blonde robe. Aroma of lychee, ripe melon, lemon meringue pie, powder sugar, lime, dough, mandarin, basil. Fruity, bright onset, crisp and fizzy carbonation, lychee, green banana, pineapple and apple peel notes, supple bready maltiness quickly leading to a grapefruity hop bitter finish, rooty and long, a bit quinine-like in the end, but elegantly citric as well; some powdery yeast effects linger. Hypermodern 'pale ale' in the generic 'craft beer' sense of the word, with traits of classic IPA (rather than APA) as well as New England juiciness. Interesting and tasty.

19/X/19 - 33cl bottle from a trade, shared @ Wim VL's Stoofvlees Tasting, BB: 30/IX/19 - (2019-1752) Thanks to Bierridder_S for the trade!
SLOW GUSHER ALERT!
Clear pale blond beer, big aery off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive. Aroma: banana, very yeasty, coriander, sweet malts, bit unpleasant, oxidized. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: weird, unpleasant bitterness, fruity touch, lots of banana, pretty soapy. Aftertaste: bit spicy, coriander maybe, yeasty, soft acidity, unpleasant bitterness, fruity, chemical, nope. Don't like. On the other hand, it seems this bottles isn't very fresh anymore either.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to NewKen! Pours deep brown with a frothy, khaki head. Pretty good stuff, not overly sweet, even has a little earthy bitterness, some burnt toffee, dried berries, alcohol, nips of grass. Medium to full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, a little sticky, more dried berries, earthy bitterness, soft roast. Not bad. Interesting.
