Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso lo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, limone, mandarino, erbe aromatiche e spezie.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal luppolo. La finezza olfattiva L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e arancia.

A: malty, grapefruits, orange, herbal hoppy.
T: medium malty base, citrus, lime, light grapes, bit bready, nice balanced long lasting bitterness, medium carbonation, good for the style, enjoyed.

'tis the season. Clear, dark amber pour with a decent, lasting white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, candied orange, bread, spices. Taste is roasted malt, herbs, orange peel. Decent, slightly bitter finish. Unusual indeed, but in a good way.

Bottle at home shared with Laura. Clear darker golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, saison-ish, light tart, light bitter, a nice fruity tart note. Quite alright as a beer, bad as an IPA.

Bottle at home shared with Laura. Clear yellow-golden color, average sized white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly malts, saison-ish slight tart-bitter, light barnyard, light hints of lemon, distant metallic hints. Very pleasant beer indeed, very well brewed. Superbly balanced.

Golden pour with a small white head; aroma is yeast, malt, gooseberries, some grapefruit and vinegar. Taste is grapes, citrus, malt, some pepper as well. Decent bitter finish. Great collaboration by two great breweries.
