Pours hazed blonde. Not much head, and the little there is isn't persistent. Scent is bit citrussy, malty, not overly intense. Taste is sharp, slightly tart, recognizably cantillon funkyness, bitter and a touch sulphuric. malts and wheat, as well as citrussy. less dry or intense than a lambic / geuze from cantillon, and way more grainy. Less complex. Decent.

Clear orange beer, big creamy bit irregular off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lovely, very floral, lots of tropical fruits, a bit oxidized, nice stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter start, soapy bitterness, floral, some grapefruit, tropical fruits, decent. Aftertaste: very bitter, a bit soapy, floral, some grapefruit, juicy, very bitter finish, good one!

Bottle, lot 2022-02, 7.0%. Color: Hazy orange amber, large frothy white head. Aroma: Malty, yeasty, fruity hints. Taste: Malty, caramel, yeasty, hints of dried stone fruit. Bit sugary. Dry-ish bittery hoppy finish with hints of citrus zest.Just over medium body, average carbonation. Nice.

Clear blond to yellow beer, big dense creamy white head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: floral, fruity, lots of citrus, oranges, orange peel, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, a bit sourish, lemony, bitter touch, hoppy, fruity, oranges, tangerines. Aftertaste: sourish, hoppy, good bitterness, fruity, oranges, a little sweet, hint of banana, good stuff!
