Troebel geel bier zonder schuim. Smaak is bitterzoet met iets van bloemen, wat zoet fruit en een vleug honing. Een wat apart maar zeker geen slecht Witbier.

Fles 4.5% volgens etiket. Helder lichtgeel bier met stevige schuimkraag. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en fris fruitig met iets van citrus en aardbei.

Licht troebel lichtgeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is tamelijk friszuur met een droog fruitig aroma wat waarschijnlijk van de vlierbessen komt. Tijdens een warme zomerse dag een uitstekend bier voor na het zwemmen.

Small off-white head, fast gone over unclear ochre beer. Caramel, C-hops, (heated) orangepeel, chalk, grapefruitliqueur. Bit dullish, neutral flavour; some caramel, orange, honeyish grapes. Slight to more important oxydation (check: well within BBd). Hint of (old) other grains. Lightstruck? Light body, certain slickness, medium carbonation at best. Seriously disappointing. What went wrong here?

Fluffy, very good, bit greyish white head over well-carbonated clear golden beer. Dry nose, partly dried herbs and weeds, citruspeel. Light sourish onset, then gliding into a more classical pale malty, light-sweet and light bitterish flavour. Grains, bit of chalk, warming up alternative flour. Light body, mild to good carbonation, bit slick, even oily feel. OK, nothing more. Txs to Stef!
