Head gone in seconds; almost clear pale golden beer. Lambic with lemon and leaves. Citrusleaf, watercolour paint. Sour, lemony, bit herbal-spicy. Exotic and rootspices, lemonbalm. Tart. Light and refreshing. Good carbonation, quite slick, giving a film as from lemonsquash. Excellent! But RAFC will win! Txs to Stef!

(Draught at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 21 Oct 2022) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with bread, hay, cereal, herbs and elderflower. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of bread, hay, grain, elderflower and a balanced herbal bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

75cl bottle from Carrefour market LA CHASSE (BRUSSEL). F: thin, white, average retention. C: orange gold, hazy. A: light sour fruity, gooseberries, lemon, woody, bit bready, funky. T: sour fruity, lemon, gooseberries, woody, funky, bready touch, orange peels, nice balanced bitterness, stone fruits, soft carbonation, really tasty, enjoyed for sure.

Yellow/golden, slighlty hazy pour; nose is malt, hops and herbs with the taste being similar, decent bitter finish. Definitely a pilsener with character and taste compared to some macros

Brune foncée, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur un bouquet fruité noir et rouge dont dattes et figues avec un rétro-nasal délicat de porto. Nez offre de fins effluves d'acidité qui reste cependant moins dérengeantes que la version dégustée juste avant.
Palais met tout de même en avant les 10% de cette vieille brune, tannique avec qcq notes de sucre résiduel - Porto, caramel, crystal, biscuité avec un léger fini grillé. Palais reste assez fin et faiblard en pétillance - fruits noirs, et un fini funk - sour modéré.

Cuivre sur un col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur un bouquet malté oscillant vers le caramel/oxydé/pâle, note acétique qui sort et le Calvados annoncé est quasiment absent.
Palais est plutôt sur l'acétique avec un caractère tourbé qui vient vite prendre le dessus - ici, cela serait dû aux cerises ? malt pâle, caramel, fini pâteux, assez plat en bouche ce qui n'est pas en faveur de cette bouteille. Comme au nez, le Calvados est absent, et impossible à détecter sans l'avoir lu sur l'étiquette.
Une série qui reste en dent de scie avec des hauts mais aussi des très bas - ce qui est dommageable vu le prix des bouteilles.

Medium, yellow head, stable, over totally clear foxy-amber beer, end of bottle containing all the deposit. Dank, lactic acid, red fruit threatening to decay, hint of ureum, white grapes, rainwater. Lactic acid, sour grapes, brown candi sugar. Faraway hint at acetic. Wood, dried fruit, and an impression of tannines. Quite light body - seems to miss a bit of beefing up. Good Oud Bruin, just the MF being on the light side, not really filling in.

Light yellow pour with a decent carbonisation. Sour taste of raspberries and citrus with a decent bitter finish. Refreshing.

Orange, slightly cloudy pour with a lasting white head. Aromas of citrus/lemon, malt and yeast with tastes of malt/bread, citrus, some orange marmalade, hops leading to a decent bitter finish. Enjoyed it.

Bottle@Gastropub Tuulensuu, Tampere. Hazy deep orangeish amber colour with a mediumsized beige foamy head. Aromai s sweet malts, some spiciness, mild alcohol, citrus and some mild herbal tones. Flavour is sweet caramel malts, some spiciness, mild alcohol, citrus, some yeasty and mild herbal and earthy tones.
