Après une IPA pour les 5ans du bar, ici, une autre offre de Jandrain avec une bonne base de Pale Ale bien belge - surement ma préférée des trois.
Pâle, léger voile, col blanc.
Arôme sur un bouquet bien belge, niveau levure cela se ressent avec de fins esters, le tout ponctué par de fines notes maltées en support - finement fleuri en rétro-nasal.
Palais ur une bonne base maltée - pâle, avec une rondeur de bouche - pointe épicée - amertume noble et belge, fleuri avec un léger effet rappelant un poivre noir concassé.

Frischer, bitter-karamelliger Beginn. Spritzig, milde Süße, etwas herb, rund. Trocken bitter, langer Abgang, hopfig, gut. 11/11/10/11//11

Süffiger, weich herber Beginn. Würzig, moderat herb, weich, zunehmend bitterer. Würzig, mittellanger Abgang. 10/8/9/9//9

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma has a nice blend of Belgian yeast, bitter floral hops, and a touch of pine cones. Flavour is much the same, blending the best of spicy Belgian yeast and bitter piney hops, finishing bitter, spicy and well-carbonated. Excellent.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, pours a hazy pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma has plenty of spicy Belgian yeast and a touch of rustic notes. Flavour is quite spicy from the Belgian yeast, with rustic notes and dry hay. Spicy, dry, and highly drinkable. Excellent.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fonteinas. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Floral, dry Belgian yeast on the nose. Flavour has floral yeast, cracker malts. Fairly mild carbonation. Very good, great yeast expression.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fonteinas. Pours gold with a light haze and white head. Bright pine and peppery Belgian yeast on the nose. Flavour has spicy Belgian yeast, bitter pine, malts. Fantastic IPA, Belgian yeast and hops work together very well.

Bottle at le mondiale. The wheat really disturbed the delicateness of this saison. The hops and light funk all seemed to be muddled into a wheat malty mess. It was just a slightly sour unhopped wheat ale. Disapointing.

spicy, peppery, and there is a nice sharp funk.. Some light barnyard, and light citrus hops. Light bitter finish. Good saison.
