On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, pours a hazy pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma has plenty of spicy Belgian yeast and a touch of rustic notes. Flavour is quite spicy from the Belgian yeast, with rustic notes and dry hay. Spicy, dry, and highly drinkable. Excellent.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fonteinas. Pours gold with a light haze and white head. Bright pine and peppery Belgian yeast on the nose. Flavour has spicy Belgian yeast, bitter pine, malts. Fantastic IPA, Belgian yeast and hops work together very well.

Bottle at le mondiale. The wheat really disturbed the delicateness of this saison. The hops and light funk all seemed to be muddled into a wheat malty mess. It was just a slightly sour unhopped wheat ale. Disapointing.

spicy, peppery, and there is a nice sharp funk.. Some light barnyard, and light citrus hops. Light bitter finish. Good saison.

Now this is a saison!
Great golden slightly murky pour. Loads of citrus, on the noe with that great style busting pepperiness you expect from a great saison. The carbonation is spot on, and the finish is soft, but slightly bitter, and there is a little bit of funk for good measure.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is yeast, pale malt, grassy bubblegum-y hops reminding of Sorachi Ace, soft spicy and herbal tones, touch of citrus. Flavour is relatively light on sweetness with a dry bitter finish. Hoppy Belgian elegance, I like it.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is wheaty malt with fruity notes, bread, some yeast, gentle citrussy hops with notes of melon and orange. Flavour is mildly bittersweet, body is medium. Balanced and subtle, well-brewed and enjoyable.
