(Draught at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 18 Oct 2024) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of peaches, citrus and grass. Fruity taste with white bread, citrus, pineapple, grass, dried fruit, herbs and a generous citric/grassy bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Tap at ZBF 2009. Hazy yellow brew with its characteristic farm smell not in the bad way of the word. Very citric of taste and an good bitter finish.

Bottle 0,75ltr: Clear amber coloured brew with an array of fruity/spicy/floral taste, and ofcouse an beautiful beerlabel.

On tap pours out pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is nice light yeast notes some spice and a little stone fruit notes. Taste is more of the nice light spice some stone fruit and floral kick.

Color anaranjado, turbio, espuma blanca que reduce pero no desaparece. Aroma afrutado, levadura, trigo, citricos, especias... En boca es ligera, refrescante, bebible, notas de corteza de pan, cereal, citricos, hierba seca, levadura. Muy rica

33cl bottle in A La Mort Subite on 21st October 2024. Golden pour, sediment taken after drinking the rest. Yeasty and grainy with a light hop content. Nothing to get excited about.
Puuviljane, mõru, tsitrus, kuiv, greip. Ok.

20cl draft @ Café Circus. Note datant de spetembre et oubliée dnas mon gsm.
Dorée présentant un léger voile, col blanc.
Arôme est frais assez classique de pils mais bien ficelée. Je retrouve plus un bouquet centré sur le fleuri avec de fins effluves de malt pils. Cependant, je note un apport fruité rendant une sensaiton plus douce tout comme je l'ai noté en bouche.
Palais est assez sec avec une belle emphase sur les grains - malt pils, avec un retour houblonné sympa pas seulement sur le noble - effet melon d'eau, herbacé et finement champêtre.
Pils sympa avec le savoir-faire de Jandrain.

33cl Fles van Etre Gourmet. Mistig diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Belgisch gistje, fruitige esters, iets droog-moutig, redelijk bitter, iets kruidig. Lichte body. Degelijk maar ook vrij generiek, had iets meer van deze brouwer verwacht.
