Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange ruby with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is plum skin, yeast, wood. Slick body, tart plum, lemon, wood, light acidity, very nice.

I got this as I like Casa Agria, find Italian Pilsners interesting and loved the label. Casa Agria Campopils Italian Pilsner Lovely gold with a huge soft off-white head of foam and subtle herbal hop bouquet. Medium bodied with slightly chewy malts and some residual sweetness in the aftertaste. The taste is great, chewy semi-sweet freshly threshed grain malt character then a crisp herbal bite. It goes down a treat.

Tap at Pita Kabob. Slushy orange with white head that quickly fades. Orange dominates both the aroma and flavor. A smooth oat backing on the palate. Great beer.

Foam draught, 8/12/22. Lightly cloudy, lemon-golden. Small, moderately-retained, white head. Not sure what tajin is. Guess it's chile-lime seasoning. The nose exhibits a bit of that with plentiful brett-lacto character. Maybe a sparse hint of watermelon but wouldn't get it blind. Clean. More watermelon in the mouth with a big, round, proteiny body showing a touch of Chile smoke and lime acidity. Not too acidic, with strong, rustic grain character. Not in love with the tajin, as I think it's a bit heavy for the rest of what's going on, but it's a fairly minor quibble.

Bottle at share. Dark brown pour, thin beige head. Rich brown sugar/molasses notes with a boozy edge. Vanilla, cocoa, caramel and plums. Exceptionally smooth.

Tasting at Ryan's, can, canned 7/31/19, 3 years old
Black colour, dark brown head. Strong aroma of coffee. Good body strength, it has a moderate sweetness; very smooth; dark malts, coffee, light tar, a touch of molasses, light spices; I'm glad that the cinnamon is not too evident; there is a light nuttyness, but the maple is almost hidden.
Good 'coffee' beer.

Poured from 473mL can (canned 7/31/2019). Black with small tan head. Lots of coffee on the aroma, taste has decent amount maple syrup with a touch of cinnamon. The maple character seems to decrease as you sip more. Comes across slightly gimmicky, but still decent.

16oz (thx, Brian S.!) @ Ryan's. Appearance: almost black with a beige head. Aroma: coffee, maple, a bit of cinnamon, sweetness, some roasted malts notes. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: interesting, there is no mention of coffee in the description, but it has it all over the place.
