Description
Since launching in early 2018 we have grown and adapted our setup to form a small but tight-knit team of six running the day to day operations of the brewery – Founder Sean, Head brewer Lally, Assistant Brewers Scott, Guy and Matt; And head of sales Arron.
Our motto is to never stop improving; we’re always learning and tweaking our beer designs to create the best beer we possibly can, packaged into only kegs and cans to optimise freshness and keep our beer tasting as fresh as it does from the source.

Can. Bru-1, El Dorado, Galaxy version. A medium haze on this yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. A fairly smooth palate, very mild dryness, decent fine carbonation coming through late on. Smooth pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. With both Bru-1 and Galaxy in this brew, one might expect broad-spectrum hop fruits and, one would not be disappointed. Traces of peach and pineapple rise to the surface. A very soft bitterness on the light finish. Not really getting any El Dorado here but it's a good bevvy anyways.

440ml can. Almost opaque yellow gold, white head. Aroma of vanilla milkshake with raw hops sprinkled on top, passionfruit, peach. Taste is completely dominated by the vanilla, yet the hops are intense enough to almost give off some hop burn, flavours of passionfruit, peach, grapefruit, and some very pithy citrus peel. Full bodied, smooth.
Not so keen on this substyle these days but I suppose it nails the brief so can't really fault it in that regard.

Draft at The Frontier, Eastbourne. Poured a hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, light stone fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, mineral, stone fruits, dry, light citrus, light hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this yellowish gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Smooth start to the palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth if slightly thin pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. A bitterish savoury edge to the hops is immediately obvious but, there is also the ubiquitous soft pine and, thanks to the Idaho 7 liberal usage, that wonderful broad spectrum piney hop fruits. Modern Mosaic provides a light candy fruit sweetness. Touch of hop spice on the semi dry finish. Good all round dipa, lots going on.

440ml can. Good drinking on a Saturday afternoon. Just a tad too sweet for a higher overall score. (Tromsø, 02.05.2026).
