Description
Since launching in early 2018 we have grown and adapted our setup to form a small but tight-knit team of six running the day to day operations of the brewery – Founder Sean, Head brewer Lally, Assistant Brewers Scott, Guy and Matt; And head of sales Arron.
Our motto is to never stop improving; we’re always learning and tweaking our beer designs to create the best beer we possibly can, packaged into only kegs and cans to optimise freshness and keep our beer tasting as fresh as it does from the source.

Burk en lördagskväll utan jämförelseDipa . Här doftar det tropikerna och godisar. Smakar mycket söt fruktigt och just sötman sänker betyget en del annars ok Dipa.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this yellowish gold beer. Small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, slightly thin and mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a light creamy sweetness, kinda subsumed by the vanilla. Dolcita and Sabro, for me, are broadly cut from the same cloth and, modern Simcoe often has that pineapple element and naturally fits right in. Unfortunately, vanilla gets in the way for me, really gets in the way and turns into an ice cream IPA. Some pineapple on the back end. Far from bad but, but very far from what I wanted from this hop combo.
