Since launching in early 2018 we have grown and adapted our setup to form a small but tight-knit team of six running the day to day operations of the brewery – Founder Sean, Head brewer Lally, Assistant Brewers Scott, Guy and Matt; And head of sales Arron.
Our motto is to never stop improving; we’re always learning and tweaking our beer designs to create the best beer we possibly can, packaged into only kegs and cans to optimise freshness and keep our beer tasting as fresh as it does from the source.

Draft at The Frontier, Eastbourne. Poured a hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, light stone fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, mineral, stone fruits, dry, light citrus, light hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this yellowish gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Smooth start to the palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth if slightly thin pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. A bitterish savoury edge to the hops is immediately obvious but, there is also the ubiquitous soft pine and, thanks to the Idaho 7 liberal usage, that wonderful broad spectrum piney hop fruits. Modern Mosaic provides a light candy fruit sweetness. Touch of hop spice on the semi dry finish. Good all round dipa, lots going on.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Black colour, moderate tan head. Aroma and flavour of roast malts, mild coffee, cocoa and a hint of liquorice. Moderate bittering hops. Overall a decent beer.

440ml can. Darkest red, quasi black colour with small, frothy, fading, tan head. Chocolately, dark malty and fruity aroma, notes of chocolate cake, dark chocolate, dark berries, red berries, some cherry, a touch of burnt chocolate dough. Taste is tart-ish fruity, minimally sweet, chocolately, dark malty basis, notes of dark chocolate, chocolate cake, dark berries, red berries, hints of morello; less malty, more fruity finish with more distinct and dominating morello.
Creamy to viscous texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying, simultaneously minimally astringent palate, very fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Nice tart-ish fruitiness in taste, especially in the finish, in other respects a bit disharmonious, un-integrated - OK.
