Can. Lightly hazy gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildy dry, reasonable fine minerally carbonation. Sweetish pale malts, some thin creamy sweetness and something that might be diacetyl - a floral sweetness that edges on milky. Light and nibbly hop spice. Mild pine. Decent orange - tangerine, slightly tangy. Smooth and semi dry finish. The bones of a good dipa but that odd twist takes it down a few notches.

Taster courtesy of Sander, big thanks. orange hazy color, small white head. smells of pines, melon, mango, bit earthy, peppery. very nice smell. full body, pearly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of mango, melon, some pines, earthy, citric, lychee, light herbs, thyme, lightly grassy. finishes medium bitter with notes of pines, lychee and some melon. Very nice one, drinks very good. (gets a bit heavy once it warms up)

440ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of ripe tropical fruits, citrus, slightly dank. Taste of sweet ripe fruits, stone fruits, citrus, dank, pine, grapefruit, juicy. Medium body, soft carbonation.

Can from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with a white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of apple and dandelion. Flavour of lemon and a hint of plastic on the finish. Medium body with a slightly sticky texture. Soft fizz. A decent Saison but not as clean as it could have been.

Can from Lupe Pintos. Hazy golden body with a thick white head. Low carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of pine, pineapple and honey. Flavour of pineapple and a slightly boozy finish. Medium body with an oily texture. Light fizz. It’s nice but definitely not as good as the brewery’s own description (“this may well be our greatest creation yet.“) For me, better Loka Polly beers include Petal, Rosa and DIPA Citra.

440ml can. Pours a misty unclear golden yellow, medium frothy topping. Aroma presents some pleasant stonefruit concentrate. Taste is lead by stonefruit, apricot, papaya, mango.. feels a little sharp, but generally quite rounded, smooth and hoppy.

Keg @ Beer Heroes, Chester. Pours hazed gold, small white head. Fresh citrus fruit on the nose. Fresh citrus to taste, with mellow summer zest, good hop character, quite flavoursome and pintworthy session pale.

Can at crafty letchworth. An attractive light hazed mid golden coloured pour with a lasting frorhy white head. Aroma is mango, midget gems, white grape, soft mango, wheat. Onion. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, soft wheat and Oat, mango, peach, white grape, midget gems.. Lingering juicy peach and nectarine.

440ml can from the Coracle. Pours a . misty gold, thin white head atop. Aroma is prominent fruity hop exotics, taste is veering towards the orangey citrus, marmalade, citrus side of things, juicy with a gentle carbonation, some pokey pine and citrus coming out to play, a little dank with an alcohol boost. Not the most likeable of the new set of beers, but a good hoppy number nonetheless.
