Description
Since launching in early 2018 we have grown and adapted our setup to form a small but tight-knit team of six running the day to day operations of the brewery – Founder Sean, Head brewer Lally, Assistant Brewers Scott, Guy and Matt; And head of sales Arron.
Our motto is to never stop improving; we’re always learning and tweaking our beer designs to create the best beer we possibly can, packaged into only kegs and cans to optimise freshness and keep our beer tasting as fresh as it does from the source.

Can shared in London - cheers to Dave. Pours hazy gold with with a creamy white head. Another pretty good one from LP, one grapefruit, melon, peach. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Jammy citrus fruit finish, background pale mats, light rindy bitterness. Solid.

Can shared in London - cheers to Davey. Pours murky gold with a frothy white head. Pretty good, some juicy citrus fruits, melon, mango, mild rindy bitterness. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with fine carbonation. Light warmth in the finish, more juicy-jammy citrus fruits, bready pale malts, soft bitterness. Not bad.

Can from BeerCraft, Bath, consumed at home whilst cooking a Polpo Basic Tomato Sauce for a Canelloni and also making a Delia Smith Spinach and Ricotta Canelloni, Sunday 18th November 2018 Pours hazy, dirty yellow gold with a large sticky white head. Sweet in the mouth but as it settles there a oomph from the hops does show, more tropical than anything else but a little sweet overripe peach. Lovely soft carbonation almost a creamy mouthfee, hoppiness is very much there but hides a little before pouncing. A7 A3 T8 P4 Ov16 3.8
