Description
Since launching in early 2018 we have grown and adapted our setup to form a small but tight-knit team of six running the day to day operations of the brewery – Founder Sean, Head brewer Lally, Assistant Brewers Scott, Guy and Matt; And head of sales Arron.
Our motto is to never stop improving; we’re always learning and tweaking our beer designs to create the best beer we possibly can, packaged into only kegs and cans to optimise freshness and keep our beer tasting as fresh as it does from the source.

Keg at the Queens Road Tap, Leicester. Yellow and a bit hazy with almost no head. Grainy, spicy and vinous smell with notes of Chardonnay and lemon peel. Tastes gorgeous. I struggle with Hallertau Bland but the sweetness of the oats tempers the astringency. More white wine and some apple skin in the finish. I think this is an incredible beer.

Keg @ Mold Alehouse. Pours a hazy yellow, white head. Soft exotic fruit aromatics. Light on the palate with fresh, light exotics, low bitterness, with a good NZ citrus hop character and excellent drinkability. If there wasn't other beers to try in here I'd have made this a pint.

28/3/2018. Generous keg sample at Salthouse Bottles, Brockley. Poured cloudy golden orange with a small just off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, hops, pineapple, light citrus and grass. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Can. Turner’s, Sheffield. Vivid, pink gold. Full on haze. Thin and messy, dense, lacing, lasting, white head. Nose has peach and white grape. Some ripe strawberry. Twang of lemon juice. Clean and mineraly backdrop. Taste has a twangy bitterness. Very mineraly. Clean and almost tart on the palate. Soft and foamy carbonation. More twang to finish. Very nearly a great IPA, but it’s a bit sharp, overall.

Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. Pours a fairly thick, deep, mahogany brown. Not far off black, in the glass. Dense and creamy, lasting, lacing, light tan head. Nose has earthy coffee bean. Dregs of sugared espresso. Some cheap chocolate fudge. Taste is chocolatey sweet, with more of the earthy coffee. Smooth mouthfeel. Feels richer than you might expect from the lowly ABV. Sugary, dirty coffee bean bitterness to close. Impressive.

Peaches and starbust sweets with a very bitter finish. Sharp dry finish. Iodine and chlorine which could be due to a canning fault. I'm not convinced yet. Needs water-treatment work.

Tap at the Craft Beer Shop, Little Chalfont. Poured a milky straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, grassy, light fruit hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a fresh crisp, light fruit, light pepper spice, super dry hop bitter palate and a lingering spicy bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
