Description
In 2014, we started Verdant to make beers that we love. Nothing’s changed. It’s still about taste, quality, and all ’round deliciousness. Think juicy, hoppy, unfiltered, hazy beers that are always vegan! That’s us. Apart from the vegan bit. We’re bad at being vegan, but our beers are great at it. We’re independent, and always will be — that way we can continue to push boundaries and make beer we love, and hopefully you will love them too.

Can shared in CW - cheers to Matteo. Pours hazy gold with a frothy, white head. Good juicy and chewy citrus character, moderate bitterness, pale bread, light honey. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Resinous in the finish with more hearty citrus fruits. Solid.

Home. Shared from can thanks to Maakun. Super dank hoppy and moderate exotic fruity. Tastes like hop. And weed. Medium sweet and quite a strong bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Nice goaty dankness.

Can thanks to Santa minutemat! Hazy darker golden with full off white head. Mango, pineapple, strong weed on the nose. Some caramel and dough, light vegetables and herbs in the finish. The nose is just loads of fresh super ice hops, but in the taste there’s some creamy and vegetal notes that are slightly taking away from the great hops. Light sweet and sour and almost medium bitter. Medium bodied. Nice one overall.

Can. Very hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, decent carbonation. Light malts, trace of creamy sweetness. Mellow hop spice. Orange peel and ripe orange. Fairly tangy bitter floral pine. Trace of tropical fruits. Soft finish. Plenty of hop goodness here but it feels a little unclean, too much grit for want of a better word. 3.5

Much cleaner and more tropical now, mango and pineapple with traces of orange and guava. Spicy finish. Very nice.

Can. Murky gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is softish and mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft malts, light creamy sweetness. Nibbly hop spice. Smooth pine and ripe tropical fruits, mango rising above. Mild orange peel. Spicy tropical fruits finish. Could be cleaner but satisfyingly hoppy.

Can from minutemat, thanks! Super cloudy brownish golden with off white head. Crazy murky! Loads of tropical fruits, light apricot, dank weeds, some sweet malts. Very nice aroma, but in the finish it’s a bit cardboardy with a weird vegetal bitterness. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied.

Can from Water Into Beer, Brockley. Lots of sweet juicy fruit in the aroma- mango, tangerine, apricot. Similar action in the flavour. Crisp, bittersweet mouthfeel. Tasty stuff.
