Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting, my house. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, caramel, malt, candy sugar and hops.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy orange amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit and alcohol. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish with some alcohol. Boozy. 211115

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark red amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Some caramel and roast. Moderate bitter flavor. Some coffee and roast. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting, my house. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are rich roast malt, chocolate, cocoa and hops. Long dry semi bitter finish. Nice.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Clear dark brown with a lasting beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt, licorice and chocolate. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Light dry and moderate bitter finish. 211115

Bottled@PBF X. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is fruity, floral, toffeeish with some mild grains and vegetably notes. Flavour is floral, wooden, toffeeish with mild nuts and some vegetably notes.

Bottle@Chris and Ruth’s Pre-GBBF 2015, London - pours black with brown head. Dark roasted malty aroma and taste, with chocolate, some coffee, caramel, vanilla, roasted finish. Decent.

Bottle at Chris & Ruth’s pre-GBBF tasting, 2015. Dark brown pour with a beige head. Coffee, toffee and chocolate aroma. Rich toffee notes come through in the flavour augmented by a dash of caramel and a whisper of coffee. Dry roasty finish. Quite nice.
