A classical beer, rather on the German way, perfect to start a night with our legendary and eternal beverage. This one is a bit like a Kristall weizen, smooth at the palate, wheat, fresh malt, fruity, discreet hop at the final, 22.09.20

Old bottle drank at home. Clear dull pink to orange with small head. You can this was probably brighter when fresh. Loys of blackberries, soft funk, oak, wheat, lemon balm, oats, sage, red currants, grassy. Just medium sweet and sour. Under medium bodied. I really like this.

Bottle from Bièrerie. Can't read the best before date but this is very old stuff. Clear golden with nice white head. Yoghurt, floral, dry oak, soft caramel, zesty, green tea, lemon, some bitter herbs like sage and rosemary. Just medium sour, a little less sweet. Medium bodied, soft carbonation and a bit oily feel. Lovely!

Tasting this bottle, yesterday, at Bonfol. For me, it was a good surprise, a well brewed imperial stout, not that alcoolic for the style, nice and original touch of ginger, spicy, vanilla, cacao, roasted malt, rich and aromatic, 24.05.20, purchased in Paris.

Classical and rather light pale ale, on the way of a light white ipa, this is one is dry and mineral, a bit watery. Of course, the hop is predominant, citrusy, bitter, dry hop, not bad and refreshing, 13.11.20, at Epalinges, purchased at one monoprix, Paris.
