Description
The pig philosophy was born in Lorraine, among the "Gros". With us, everyone is "fat" and you don't have to be physically imposing to be "fat" in your mind. Note, however, the deep respect we have for the most sensitive among us because, to quote a quote from Mr. Audiard who is dear to us, "When the guys of 130kg say certain things, those of 60kg listen to them. "
The porcine philosophy above all reflects the character traits of piglets, both jovial and epicurean, as quick to chouille as to taste a mousse in the rules of the art. She also has the will not to take herself seriously even if it does not prevent anything from knowing how to assert herself.
Having the Pig Spirit is also knowing how to share with friends. So let's start by opening up a good beer!
Swine friendships,
The Big Three.

8-4-7-4-15 Bottle, ten months after bottling. Pours pitch black, with a creamy mocha head. Aroma is dark roasted malts with strong coffee, hot notes of chilipepper and dusty spices, as well as dark chocolate, leather, vanilla and wooden notes. Creamy, velvety body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is dark roasted malts with coffee, smoke and hot chili, as well as muscovado sugar, cocoa nibs, leather and wooden notes. Cocoa nibs and lingering hot chili pepper in the finish.

44 cl can @ home Aroma has chocolate, some licorice and ash. Feels sweet. Flavour has ash, deeply roasted malt. Finishes with chocolate, vichy and ash. Dry and good, perhaps a tad too high on CO2.

Can bought from La Bierotheque, Toulouse and drunk at home. Dark brown with a light broen head which quickly dissipates. I get liquorice, coffee beans, hazelnut and some stone fruit in the aroma. Sweet taste with a fruity bitterness that fades to a light savoury note in the finish. More coffee and some yeast extract in the aftertaste. It's a boozy beer, and you feel it. Low carbinatiom with a thick body. Beautiful beer.

Bouteille 33cl, merci Willy, BB 08/2021.

BB 05/2021, canned 08/2020.
