Description
The pig philosophy was born in Lorraine, among the "Gros". With us, everyone is "fat" and you don't have to be physically imposing to be "fat" in your mind. Note, however, the deep respect we have for the most sensitive among us because, to quote a quote from Mr. Audiard who is dear to us, "When the guys of 130kg say certain things, those of 60kg listen to them. "
The porcine philosophy above all reflects the character traits of piglets, both jovial and epicurean, as quick to chouille as to taste a mousse in the rules of the art. She also has the will not to take herself seriously even if it does not prevent anything from knowing how to assert herself.
Having the Pig Spirit is also knowing how to share with friends. So let's start by opening up a good beer!
Swine friendships,
The Big Three.

Bottle at home courtesy of Maakun. Murky phat haze on that pale straw hazeboy yo. Thin white head. Sweet tropical juice, smooth soft oatmeal porridge with Pfirsich Orangen Nektar anti-hangover juice. Tight little sharp onionesque hopburn. Over medium body and soft carbonation. I like this.

Bottle shared. Opaque murky yellow with white head. Peach, oats, apricot, mango, orange, passion fruit, huge dank weedy hops, soft hop burn, hop pollen. Medium sweet, under medium bitter and light tart. Creamy oat medium bodied with prickly hop burn finish. Quite good, but a bit too much of the prickly hops.

Bottle at home. Cloudy orange golden with cream head. Huge orange, peach, papaya, mango... Some malts, wheat and oats too. So juicy! Light grassy and a touch of white cheese. Medium sweet, light bitter. Medium bodied. Damn this brewery knows how to make juicy IPAs. Very good for the style.

Surprisingly fruity Berliner and strong too! It's got plenty of raspberry and not too overly lactose powered, or overly vanilla. Best french beer I have so far?

Draft @ BBP Wanderlust 2019 - day 2.

Bouteille 33cl shared with Tderoeck, post BBP Wanderlust.
