Bottle -thanks to Jay for picking this up - Pours thick oily black - nose/taste of bourbon, black licorice, blackstrap molasses, dark chocolate cake and vanilla - Full Bodied.

16oz can at home from my Secret Santa, big thanks. orange almost clear color, small white head. smells lightly sweet, citric, tobacco, belgian yeast like notes, lightly fruity, nice smell. light body, soft pearly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes a bit sweet, citric, light belgian yeasty again, tobacco, some herbs. finishes lightly dry with some citric and herbal notes. decent stuff, drinks quite easy overall not very special though. refreshing.

Can at Craigs. Pours golden with a thin white head. Aromas of sweet malt. Taste is light sweet malt. Creamy finish.

Tap at 15 Church a nice restaurant in Saratoga. Fine brown pour nutty nose hint of chocolate. Tastes of nuts, earth, grainy, chocolate, roasted malt. Chewy palate but drinkable. Touch rough edges.

Can at the main DC December gathering. Poured a light golden yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was light, creamy vanilla notes. There’s a hint of cracker and light sweet straw grains in this one. Easy to drink.

Can at the DC December Gathering #2. Slightly hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of butterscotch, caramel. Tastes of caramel, butterscotch, subtle floral. Medium-light body with a dry finish.
