Cask @ the Crescent Manchester. Golden blonde. Grapefruit flavor with grassy hops and a pinch of salt. Thin to medium bodied. Longish aftertaste.

Bottle shared in London at Chriso tasting (May 2014). Cheers! Pours clear rich brown with a frothy, off-white head. The nose holds rubbery milk chocolate. Light sweet flavour, with notes of dirty leaves, vague cocoa. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Somewhat astringent in the finish, with some burnt toast and dry chocolate. Not great.

Amber, clear, dense white head, light lacing
Aroma of very light zest, hint of lemon, little on nose
Taste of soft cereal malts, light fruits, very little zest, soft bitter hops, plain, ok
Palate - Medium body, slightly sticky. Finish a bit dry, soft bitter
Overall - Run of the mill, generic, more a golden ale

Cask @ Pie & Ale, Manchester. Amber with a small smooth head. Has a smooth pale malt hoppiness, some bubble-gum sweetness and a light bitterness.
