Description
The entire idea of Oriel Beer went back in 2015 when we created the brand and started to make the building from scratch. Oriel Beer is a small family brewery, fully operated by ourselves, located in Bucharest, Romania. The name Oriel comes from the archangel of light, wisdom, illumination and sun. He is a patron of the arts and science for his ability to inspire and one of the seven archangels who preside over the world. He sparked our mind with ideas and we created this beautiful project. Since we are a very small brewery, our production capacity is very limited and we can produce around 200 hectoliters per year, but we aim to expand in short time.

Bottle @Romania2Ulfborg. Clear, very dark red brown. Huge light beige head. Nice raspberry aroma, grass and vanilla. Raspberry, vanilla and dark sugar flavour, some choc. Weird combo.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, dark malts, raspberry and vanilla. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish with a little warming alcohol. Extreme carbonation. Messy. 051220

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, raspberries, fruits, malt, candy sugar, vanilla and has a sweet vanilla berry finish. A bitt too carbonated.

Bottle @Romania2Ulfborg. Nearly clear amber, white head. Malty aroma with some nutty notes and a little coffee, mild smoke. Sweet malty flavour, dark ?!) sugar, a little coffee.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light sweet and moderate bitter flavor. Some yeasty notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate

Bottle. Hazy dark amber with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, yeast, dark fruit, caramel, toasted and a little coffee. Flavour is malt, toasted, caramel, dark fruit, sweet, warming, alcohol, little coffee and medium bitter.
