-- Bottled, from Beerdome -- Black, mid sized head. Aroma of licorice and salmiak meets oaky cognac. Dryish with full body and dense, rpunded mouthfeel. Salmiak, coffee and peppery cognac. Intense warming finish. Elegant, refined and totally free from anything pastryish.

Bottled, from Beerdome! Wildy gushing. Dark brown, minimal brief head. Oaky caramel aroma with some marzipan. Sweet with full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Figs and licorice, brown sugar. Vanilla and peppery heat. Long bitter finish. The rum is very subtle.

Bottle ordered from Bereta Brewery and drunk at home. It's dark brown with a touch of mahogany and a bit loose khaki head. Lovely aroma of raspberry jam, light chocolate malt. Sweet taste with more raspberry, molasses, light sweet spice. Earthy hop bitterness in the finish with roasted malt in the aftertaste. Carbonation on the heavy side, but not obtrusive. Wonderful.

12/12/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of saxo/fonefan. Pours very dark brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of dark and dried fruits, chocolate, roasted malt, coffee, caramel, nutty spiced cake. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium to full body, sticky texture, average to soft carbonation. Enjoyed this more than most it seems.
