Batch 2, draft. Not as much character as it should have. 3,7/5.
Batch 1, bottle. Hazy rich gold, white head with some lacing. The aroma is pale stone fruit tart freshness, some dried pale fruit stickiness, flowers and herbs, a barely perceived pale Belgian malț backbone. It doesn't have the honey note of the plain Blond, instead some subtle white wine mildly funky dryness. The taste is not really sour but is very dry - that leaves a bit of a white wine feeling, then you get a note of dried apricots, and finally a nice a nice smooth herbal bitternes in the finish. A perfectly polished extra dry top-notch Belgian blond. 4,0/5.

Hazy red-brown, beige head. The aroma is pretty rich dark fruit, alcohol soaked plums, light crystal sugar and spicy booze, notes of toasted dark bread crust. The taste is similar, but drier and less fruity. The body is quite easy drinking, which is not to be unexpected from a beer brewed with sugar or any Belgian beer for that matter - my only problem is that when I get a 8% abv beer, I am looking for a sipper, not a quencher. Still... very good and really Belgian.

Bottle samples at the brewery with the guys. Amber proper pour with a medium and persistent foam. Nose is firmly esters, spicy, peppery. Mouth is quite sweet, full, malty somehow. It ends peppery. Not so dry, more rounded. Peculiar and very solid.

Bottle. Pours clear reddish copper hazel, large beige head, dissipates fairly quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is Belgian spice, Candi sugar, toffee, a touch of grass, raisin, dust. Flavors is medium sweet, light bitter. Merlin body, fairly high carbonation. Decent.

FEB-2020. Batch #3. Cloudy golden, frothy ivory head. The aroma has a little fruit and malts at the start, then it's all spicy peppery dried herbs. The taste follows: a little bit of sweetness is pretty much masked off but the spicy yet smooth peppery phenols. Light residual malt sugars and alcohol on the back end. Chewy yet crisp body, massaging carbonation. Seems, spicier and drier than batch 2, but also lacks the delicate malty / fruity notes. Really good. 3,8/5.
JUL-2018. Bottle from Berero. Hazy amber, off-white head. The aroma is pretty hard on yeast esters - a complex mix of pale stone fruit, honey, root vegetables like parsnip, light acid notes. Some spicy alcohol, but no actual spices, like coriander or such. The taste follows, low malt sweetness, drying alcoholic spice, light earthy hop footprint. The massaging carbination just fine for the style. Would have loved it to be more airy and quenching, but it is quite fine otherwise. 3,5/5.

Bottle at their taproon in Bucharest. Classic dubbel pour, frothy and irregular off-White foam. Nose is firmly raisins, molasses, mild in a way and gently softer than a regular dubbel (+). Mouth is thinner and medium-bodied, although mirrors the nose magnificently. Tasty one...

Bottle at their taproom in Bucharest. Dark Golden (going orange) hazy color, medium foam with short retention. Nose offers intensive notes of coriander, Belgian character. Mouth recalls a saison imo, warm feel, decent bitternes and spicy overall. Quite close to a classic Belgian Ale, with a clean body and a personal touch.
