Bottled. Pinkish red colour, mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is mild wheat and a mix of raspberries & strawberries. Flavour is quite much the same. Kind of sweet meets sour. Yet it has some rubbery notes also.

Hazy golden yellow colour with a bright white head. Aroma is spicy and yeasty. This is sharp and refreshing but also has enough body and depth of flavour to stand up as something special compared to a standard white beer.

Cloudy pink colour with thick foamy head. Aroma is sweet and fruity. Flavour is also sweet but in a fruity, not sugary way. The raspberry flavour is believable. It’s fairly fresh in the mouth with a slightly sour kick at the end.

Spritzig hefiger Antrunk, im Mittelteil leicht alkoholisch, untertönig etwas würzig, was nach und nach deutlich stärker wird. Im Abgang trott dies mit dem zuvor nicht in Erscheing getretenen Malzton in den Vordergrund und lenkt das Bier in eine völlig andere Richtung. Interessante Mischung, für Witbier doch etwas ungewöhnlich. Test vom 12.12.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,11,11,12,10,11 - 10,90

Bottle at home . bbf 03/02 so a good bit past it ... Golden orange ... fruity sweet little caramel hop nose ... sweet and fruity ... little spice ... rich raisins and reasonably hoppy ... some citrus peel.

Draught in Hobune & Stoori, Tallinn- Golden and hazy in colour with the typical Witbier appearance. Lemons and spices in the the fairly floral aroma. A bit tangy on the tongue with lemons, spices and banana detected in the taste with a pleasant aftertaste. Very refreshing even in Estonia in the winter!

Bottle. Unclear light light red color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to pink head. Aroma is moderate raspberry, light malty, sweet, wheat. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (031007)

Bottled(330ml). -Straight from the bottle sitting on the bench on the banks of the Herengracht canal in Amsterdam.
The aroma is yeasty, malty and spicy with notes of caramel and vegetables. Light sweet finish.

As a fruit beer this is OK. Pink with a white head. rasberry all over. Like fruit juice. Soft & sweet with a minimal sourness & some sugar. A bit synthetic - but tasted a lot worse.. Drinkable!
