Description
Due South is an independent, Veteran owned, craft brewery with beer in 1000+ stores, bars and restaurants from Orlando to Key West and in the Florida Panhandle. Every beer we make is proudly brewed right here in Southeast Florida in Boynton Beach. The brewery is housed in a large 27,000 square foot warehouse where dozens of beers are produced throughout the year on a 15BBL brew system.

Draft @ World of Beer Dadeland. Pours clear medium brown color with tan head. Aromas of roated malt and coffee. Similar flavors. Medium body with average carbonation.

Growler from the brewery. Pours dark burnt orange color with off white head. Aromas of pine and citrus with some caramel and rye. Grapefruit, orange and pine favors with some peppery rye and caramel. Medium body with average carbonation.

A reddish amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, smooth creme brule and caramel malt with light grassy hops. In mouth, a smooth sweet grassy met with light grassy hops, a bit of creme brule, OK. On tap at brewpub, Feb. 13 2013.

Growler at RBWg 2013 Grand Tasting. Pours clear gold with a fine, white foam head. Nice beer, some tangerine and other citrus, grapefruit. Not too bitter. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Light resins to finish, more citrus, some randy orange. Good one.

A dark brown lager with a thin dark brown head. In aroma, sweet chocolate with light peaty notes, grassy, light rye notes, interesting. In mouth, a grassy hopped up coffee grind with light smokeyness, citrus hops, nice.

An orange amber IPA with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, a nice orange pulp malt with nice resinous hops, citrus notes, classic. In mouth, nice resinous floral hops, citrus pulp, grapefruits, intense bitterness. Well done.

Sampled from the growler at the Cajun Cafe Fall Fest. Pours a clear gold with a near white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has some earthy grain and light fruit with backing flora and grassy notes. Flavor is pretty light with smooth grain and notes of light fruit and grass.

Sampled from a growler a the Cajun Cafe Fall Fest. Pours a clear orange amber with an off-white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice pumpkin note with light spice and an earthy grain backing. Flavor has more of a powerful spice note with a bit of backing earthy grain and pumpkin.
