Voted the best Brazilian brewery of 2015, 2017 and 2018 by RateBeer (one of the largest beer evaluation sites in the world), Dogma emerged in 2015 through the friendship of three independent brewers, each with its own brand: Leonardo Satt, Prima Satt; Luciano Silva, from Noturna; and Bruno Moreno, from the Serra de Três Pontas.

473ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy and citrusy, hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, a touch of lemongrass and lime, some zesty aspects, some earthy grassy undertones. Taste is slightly watery, bitter, zesty, citrusy fruity hoppy, notes of lemon zest, orange zest, grapefruit zest; watery and mineral finish. Watery texture, dry palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Immense zesty bitterness - OK.

473ml can. Minimally cloudy, orangey, golden colour with small to average, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, citrusy and slightly tropical fruity as well as piney, hoppy aroma, notes of mandarine and orange with a slight jelly bear touch, some pineapple, pine, whiffs of mint. Taste is sweet-ish, pale malty and citrusy, slightly piney, minimally herbal and tropical fruity hoppy, notes of pine and pineapple, hints of mandarine, orange, mint, unspecific tropical fruit. Oily texture, smooth and soft, slightly cloying palate, fine and soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Rich, intense, well balanced, neither really crisp nor juicy, rather dank though not in extreme value; pretty much West Coast style with an exotic twist - formidable.

Can from Beerdome. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich tropical fruits, flowers, malt, hops and has a nice long bitter finish.

Thick and juicy, sweet with a touch of bitter. Lots of mosaic, mango and grapefruit, some florals andbstone fruit. Very nice.

Fairly thick, hoppy, fruity. Dank mango juice, a bit overripe. Sweet and creamy. Very nice.

473ml can. Opalescent, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Piney, and citrusy, hoppy aroma, pale and slightly caramel malty background, notes of lemon, grapefruit, pine, some resin, liquorice, burnt rubber. Taste is crisp, bitter, citrusy, piney and minmally tropical fruity hoppy, pale and minmally caramel malty backbone, notes of lemon, grapefruit, pine, some resin, a touch of passion fruit and mango, a touch of liquorice, burnt rubber, some alcohol; lingering, bitter, slightly alcoholic finish. Oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine and soft carbonation. Not overly fresh, a tad too boozy; definitely West Coast style, not even approximately New England or Vermont style - mediocre.

47 cl can @ olio, canned 12/2020 Aroma is a bit mild with tropical fruits, peaches and fruit juice. Flavour has grapefruit, tropical fruits and peaches. Also minerals. Finishes with harsh herbal bitterness. Aroma was good but flavour is a bit off.

Light yellow, only a bit hazy, huh. Light but full of flavor. Citrus, pineapple, tropical fruit, floral but not really in a bad way. A bit bitter, some sweetness, surprisingly crisp. Very very nice.

473ml. can. @home, 12/02/2021 [#3.771 Global - #22 Brazil - #2 Cervejaria Dogma] Canned 09/20. Pours yellow with a small and dismishing white head. Aroma: pineapple juice, mango and lacto. Taste: lots of pineapple, light acidic mango and lactose. Sour finish. Next one please!

Can. A murky yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of juicy tropical fruits, mango, pineapple and yeast. Taste of tropical fruits, yeast, wheat malt, some banana, mango.
