0,33L bottle. Pours black with brown head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is roast, coffee, alcohol, and chocolate. Taste is sweet and bitter, dark fruits, coffee, dark chocolate, very creamy, and raisins. Finish is long dark chocolate bitter with nice alcohol burn and hints of smoke. Overall: excellent brew!

0,33L bottle, BB 13.11.2015. Pours black with light brown head. The head stays for some time. Aroma is roast, coffee, nutty, and creamy. Taste is coffee, dark chocolate, smoke, roast, and dark fruits. Finish is coffee bitter with light smoke. Overall: great brew.

Bottle. Black beer with a brown head. Rich malt and toffee aroma with light licorice. Rich malt and toffee flavor with light licorice. Fuller bodied. Toffee and malt linger with light licorice and light dark fruit.

Bottle from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours very dark brown black with a rather dark tan head. Aroma makes me think of graham crackers and chocolate. Med + body. Flavor is rather graham with anise, chocolate, and some decent coffee confusion. Heat is not an issue here. This is very different, and very tasty stuff. The dark malt is pretty far from treacle, but there’s some sugar. Still, I think it finishes towards dry, and there’s bitter from either hop or burnt malt. Very nice stuff.

Bottle. Pours opaque black with a medium creamy dark brown head that dissipates slowly and laces well. Aroma is roast, anise, a bit burned. Flavor is similar, light sweet and medium bitter, very dark roasted, some bakers chocolate, a bit of anise here as well. Medium body, average mouthfeel. Some lingering heat, but otherwise ABV well masked. Nice enough!

Bleggul, lille hvidt livligt skum. Sødlig malt i aroma. Smagen er let sødlig, vegetabilsk, diskret krydret. Perlende carb, bittersødme i eftersmag.

Tyk sort, sort, sort... Lille lysebrunt skum. Aroma af ristet malt sød kaffe,tjære. Solbær? Tyk, sticky mouthfeel. Alkohol i starten. Stor fylde, tyk og cremet. Mørk chokolade og bitterhed. Meget harmonisk balanceret. God bitterhed i lang eftersmag.

330ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Malty and grassy aroma with notes of lemon and lime. Malt, lemon, lime and a hint of tea in the taste. Refreshing and decent enough.
