Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, straw, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, with biscuity funk and some tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is tangy, tart, appley, fruity, fleshy, with some barnyard funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Clear golden topped with a just off white covering that dissipates over time.
Nose is bitter sweet apple, straw, hay bale, grains.
Taste comprises bitter apple, tannins, straw, light funk, orchard wood.
Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, drying close.
Tidy drop ... quite sharp and bitter.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Bronzey golden colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of perry pear, fruity. Taste is sweetish, peary, fleshy, perry, some tart acidity, alongwith drying woody, vanilla notes and some tannins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying peary tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
