On tap at the Barrel Drop, Nottingham. New cidery for me. Rich gold; no carbonation. Dry apple juice, quite tannic, some leather, all set against a vanilla background. Good balance of rough tannins against the smooth vanilla. Definitely on the dry side of medium-dry. Pretty good stuff, I really enjoyed this.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Golden colour, short-lived foamy white head and aroma of apple, funk. Taste is fruity, appley, with an orangey juicy note, some funk and drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
