500ml bottle, 2019 Season 5.7%, from Cat in the Glass. Pale golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, citric. Taste is tart, apple, tangy, fruity, with citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Hazy golden colour, no head and aroma of mucky apple, woody. Taste is tangy, apple, tart, orchardy funk, horseblanket, bittersweet with some tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonatio, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Draught at Partizan Tavern. Slightly hazy golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, alittle funk. Taste is apple, fruity, fleshy, yeasty, straw, with tangy tannins Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Slightly hazy golden colour, no head and aroma of juicy apple, alittle funk. Taste is mellow apple, fruity, juicy, with some acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Nicely drinkable

Half pint @ The Brunswick Inn, Derby after visiting Kedleston Hall. Pours misty yellow. Medium apple fruit aroma. Nettley summer meadow flora coming through to taste, breezy acidity, medium to light bodied. Ok.

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fleshy apple. Taste is fruity, apple, tart, tangy, with citric acidity, mineral notes, and some vanilla. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite drinkable.

BIAB at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival: Poured a golden to straw yellow with light bubble head. Aroma is fresh apples. Taste is tangy tart apples, lively on the palate.
