On tap at Trøndersk Matfestival. A hazy deep golden colored beer with a small, dense, beige head. Lacing. The aroma has bready malts and a touch of caramel, with a nice fruitiness. Medium to full body and a nice carbonation, semi-dry with a gentle bitterness. Bread, caramel, some fruityness and a hint of pine cones and grass. Medium length finish. A pleasant one indeed, probably a very good beer with hearty food. 240801

500ml bottle, brygg 458, bought at Vinmonopolet Trondheim Torg. Patchy surface over a near-clear golden body, spotty lacing. Quite inviting aromas of grass and ripe fruits. Dried fruity flavoured, backbone of Belgian yeasty fruitiness. Sweet fruity ending with warmth from the alcohol. Slow sipper promoting some nightcap qualities. (Hotel room, Trondheim, 04.08.2023).

500ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Trondheim Torg. Steady off-white head over a clear copper coloured body, spotty lacing. Moderate aromas of caramel malts and dark fruits. Rounded malt-fruity flavours of caramel, earth, and dark fruits. Slightly roasted malty sweetness to the ending. Well bodied. Decent, just a bit too sweet. (Hotel room, Trondheim, 04.08.2023).
