Sampler set at Open Baladin, Rome. Reddish coloured beer, small head. Aroma is tart, grape, oak, wood, berries. Taste is tart, wood, grapes, berries, drying mouthfeel in the end. Very nice

Teku at Open Baladin is a lovely strawberry red with a ring of pink head. Nose has some cherry and raspberry and strawberry, really lovely, some Kool aid. Flavor has the sour base, lemony, some acetic acid, berry layers nicely and makes the mouth water. Tart, dry with a little salinity. If this is just barrel and no fruit then this is very well crafted.

Bottle pour at Arrogant Sour Festival 2024. Cloudy golden with white head. Citrus and barrel, bit funky, tannic. Not that complex.
