Bouteille @ La Tana pour le repas spécial 10 ans du restaurant, auguri. En accompagnement d'un plat du menu.
Pâle, dorée, col blanc fin.
Arôme est plaisant, de prime abord, le houblon ressort bien, floral, effet un peu fleur de sureau, fleurs des champs. Pointe de funk.
Palais est frais, marqué par un excellent caractère fleuri - belle effervescence, note rappelant un léger vin blanc, finement boisé, sec sur la fin.
Une belle surprise qui reste un peu dans la lignée de la Piccola Saison dégustée peu avant.

Draft @ La Tana pour le repas spécial 10 ans du restaurant, auguri. Brasserie romaine qui est une des préférées de Valerio.
Pâle avec un léger voile doré, col léger blanc soyeux et tenace
Arôme est parfumé sur de fins effluves floraux dont un rappel de fleur de sureau fraiches / sambucca voire une petite touche plus herbacée méditérranéenne dont la sauge/laurier avec une petite note de funk en rétro-nasal.
Palais est délicat, léger avec ce caractère farmhouse - acidité fine, un fleuri frais se retrouve ici également. Le tout est sec, légèrement poussiéreux, effet un peu barriqué? Le tout vient me rappeller une Nath de Cantillon avec ce floral oscillant sur le sureau. Petite note citrique en fin de bouche avec un côté fruité vert voire léger raisin blanc.

Tasty and fine beer. Not to sour and acidic. Bottle. A cloudy orange-golden colored beer with a small off-white head. Rather funky aroma, fruity and lightly alcoholic, with orange zest. Barnyard, lemon, oak hints, green grapes, rubber, gooseberry and some even fainter tropical fruityenss. It's bone dry on the palate, nicely carbonated, with a good tannin touch. Funky, fruity flavor with oak and some berry and grape notes. Medium length finish with rubber and tannins. Sure not bad this one, but it's lacking some to compete with the best Belgian geuzes. 240329

Bottle @ home. Slightly unclear golden body under a fine white head. Aroma is acidic with lemon, pale malt, and bone-dry nature wine. Taste is dry, acidic grapes, soma pale malt, hint of mild wood, lemon and a slightly floral touch. Medium body with same, dry, acidic aftertaste. Nice one.

Uklar gul med hvitt skum. Lukter fersken, sitron, svovel. Smaker brent fyrstikk, fersken og sitron. Syrlig. Sitron henger i avslutningen.

Gul uklar med hvitt skum. Lukter ost, svovel og stenfrukt. Lett. Fruktig og sur. Tydelig fersken i start og avslutning, sitron og svovel. Middels lang.

Bottle @ home. Slightly unclear, pale reddish orange body under a small white head. Refreshing acidic fruity aroma, grapes, berries, mild wood and a funky touch. Taste is medium acidic fruity, lemon, red berries, grapes, mild wood, slightly funky, almost a bit nature wine’ish. Balanced in taste, refreshing, balanced body, nice aftertaste. God companion with food. Nice one
