Description
Founded in 2013, we are a microbrewery specialising in bottom-fermented beers, more commonly known as lagers.*

For many years, lagers in Britain have been dominated by global brands and industrial production methods. The focus has been on branding, not flavour. We are reinventing British lagers by returning to the traditional methods that originally made it the most popular beer style in the world. We will not compromise flavour and we will not be the official lager of the next major international sporting event.

Bottle from Blas qr Fyrd, Llanrwst. Light amber. Frothy foamy white head. Aroma has caramel malts and a light citrus edge. Flavourwise this combines sweet caramel with syrupy citrus. A light citrus sour bite. Followed by a light malty flow. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. As far as low AbV beers go this doesn't have any of that AF sweaty socks BS so.we're off to a god start full-stop. Also more interesting than some macro piss

Bottle from.Blas ar Fwyd, Llanrwst. Hazy-opaque light amber. Frothy foamy white head. Aroma combines hoppy bitterness with caramel malts. Flavourwise it' has tart gooseberries to the fore, alongside resin. These elements push down the doughy malts. However a sugariness does appear as a sip on. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Peppy stuff. Suits the Australian garagw punk.I'm listening to.
