Hand-pulled pint at the Crown Inn, Oakengates on 29th May 2025. Light golden body, almost clean and clear, white affair on top. Not a lot going on really, some mild citrus flavours and esters, soft bitterness in the finish.

Cask at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Semi-hazed gold with white head and very good retention. There is a tangy fruit and white pepper aroma. Flavour again in tangy and quite citric with notes of cereals, chewitt sweets and mint. Medium bodied, drying. OK.

Half-pint, cask ale at The Anchor. A clear golden body, film-type layer, upper part lacing on the glass. Rather subdued smell of oily hops, with a citric scent. Decent hop fruity flavours of oily hops, and citrus. Semi-dry ending with a bitter twist. Pretty okay. (Birmingham, 24.04.2025).
