330ml panda from LCB, my version at 10% ABV. New US brewery for me. Murky dark orange with small white top. Aroma of orange, underripe pineapple, grapefruit and a hint of that honey. Moderately sweet with low bitterness. Fruity hop start with candied peel, orange, pineapple, passionfruit, honey. Smooth, modest carbonation although that may be the condition. Good although it may have lost a slight edge since its Atlantic crossing.
0,473 litre can, from a trade, at home. Hazy orange/ yellow with white head. Malts, hops, yeast, grains, citrus, some herbal bitterness.

Brighton draught, 12/17/24. Moderately-to-heavily hazy, bright lemon-blonde-golden. Small, white head. Juicy, fruity, yeasty nose, though clean, with cracker and light white bread malts. Hint of pine, with mostly grapefruit and mango. Reasonably bright and aromatic. Soft, with cracker and biscuit. Light-to-moderate malt/body. Clean with big, fruity yeast esters, piney-grapefruit, moderate bitterness and lingering mango-pineapple. Pretty good amount of flavor for its size.

Brighton draught, 12/17/24. Clear, dark brown with auburn tints. Small, beige head. Light brown bread, scant caramel and a bit of deep red fruit in the nose, clean, good yeast character. Crusty, lean, very high attenuation but still some decent maltiness to it. Brown bread and dried caramel with light red fruit, crisp yeast and mild mineral. Lingering toast with no sweetness at all. Very clean and well-done but wish it were just a bit more richly-malted.

Brighton draught, 12/17/24. Cloudy deep purple. Small, ring of bubbles. Big ol roasty peanut butter with a bit of zingy jam. But low jam, big pb is miiice. In the mouth there's a bit more jammy fruit. But still a lovely not too toasty peanut butter character. Not too much lactic acid, good attenuation.

Brighton draught, 12/17/24. Clear brass-gold-copper. Small, white head. Sweaty and piney, but not resinous. White bread without caramel. Caramel-laced, let's say, not caramelly or toasty. Good base malt. Sweaty pine and herb. Not exciting but a well-made, tolerable WC.
