Taster at the source pours a nice dark brown with a nice creamy off white head. Aromas of light roast caramel bread and chocolate. Taste is toffee, dark fruit, medium body not too sweet but well balanced.

Taster pour at NH Brewfest. Appearance is dark brown, with finger width creamy off-white head, light lacing. Aroma is toast/light roast, caramel, hit of licorice. Taste is roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, light vanilla. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with average carbonation and sweet finish as taste. Overall, this was really tasty--I very much enjoyed it.

Taster pour at NH Brewfest. Appearance is hazy yellow-green, with a 1-inch white foamy head (though they were having problems with the tap). Aroma is fruit, yeast, mild fruity esters. Taste is a tart funk, mild bitterness, wheat, bubblegum, hint of clove. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation with finish like taste. Overall, some nice complexity in the flavor.

Taster pour at NH Brewfest. Appearance is clear golden orange with trace sparkle, light foamy white head. Aroma is grapefruit, tropical fruit. Taste is mix of sweet and bitter tropical fruit and grapefruit. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with slick, thin texture, soft carbonation and finish is dry and crisp like taste. Overall, nice strong aroma and flavor with good balance of sweet and bitter.

Sample at the brewpub. Cloudy golden color with a medium thick foamy white head that recedes gradually to an outer ring. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of tropical fruit, herbal hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, resiny hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering fruity hop aftertaste. Good beer overall.

Light to medium body with flavors of citrus, resiny hops and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
