After years honing our skills in the brewing and process industry, we set forth to create a brewery with a simple mission; to produce honest beer. The result is a 7,000bbl brewery located in Northern Vermont that is capable of brewing any style of ales and lagers. The brewery takes inspiration from lesser known European beer styles, along with local Vermont life to guide our brews. The attention to detail, modern equipment, and love for beer help produce truly authentic, unique beers. Cheers!

Can via BrewDog. It pours hazy golden - orange with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is sticky and juicy, tangy ripe pineapple is a big part of the snout, candied lemon, fruit syrup and old fashioned lemonade. The taste is crisp, dry, nice level of bitterness, piney action, green, weedy, dank, pithy, zesty, waxy lemon peel, grapefruit, peppery spice and pineapple chunks with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Rather decent gear. Has a good bitterness to it.

Airy white head left a froth on a hazy pale lemon coloured still body. Huge aroma of hops, onion, citrus & garlic. Medium to thin bodied, ultra sharp, clean, dry & a piercing back. Bitter lemon, citrus, pith, grapefruit, pine, resin & grass tastes with very tangy finish.

Tap at The Ginger Man, NYC. A bit hazy yellow colour, small white head. Light fruits and spices in the aroma. Light-bodied. Pale malty, Belgian yeast estery, some spiceyness but overall quite easy Belgian Saison. This is maybe more to have with food than to drink by itself.

Drank from the 16 oz. can at Brooklyn Bowl, Las Vegas, NV. One of the fruitiest IPA flavors I've had. Hoppy flavor but light bitterness for an IPA.
