Description
A humble brewery making honest beer.

After years honing our skills in the brewing and process industry, we set forth to create a brewery with a simple mission; to produce honest beer. The result is a 7,000bbl brewery located in Northern Vermont that is capable of brewing any style of ales and lagers. The brewery takes inspiration from lesser known European beer styles, along with local Vermont life to guide our brews. The attention to detail, modern equipment, and love for beer help produce truly authentic, unique beers. Cheers!

Keg at BD Aberdeen. It pours hazy deep orangey - amber with thick, foamy white head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, fruity, gummy bears, midget gems, berries and piney. The taste is firmly dry, rather bitter actually, green, weedy, piney, dank, rawness, resin, dull tannin, nips of spice, citrus peel with a lingering bitter - dry finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. I feel the condition isn't its best, but its not so bad overall.

Thanks to AleRider78 for this one on our trip to Vermont. Hazy light-golden, white soapy head and some lace. Big green leave hop aromas with some sweet yeast. Hints of wood. This is also in the taste with hints of liquorice. I guess Mosaic is not a hop I really enjoy in this golden brews. A bit too harsh, not juicy enough. Not citrusy enough. Still, a decent IPA overall.

Keg at Brewdog Reading. Hazy pale amber with a white head and a middling fizz. Floral and grassy with a bit of juicy tangerine and a moderate piney bitterness. Decently full-bodied, but otherwise a so-so IPA. First Vermont rate and 100th from the US, so it's a shame it wasn't a bit better.
