Description
A humble brewery making honest beer.
After years honing our skills in the brewing and process industry, we set forth to create a brewery with a simple mission; to produce honest beer. The result is a 7,000bbl brewery located in Northern Vermont that is capable of brewing any style of ales and lagers. The brewery takes inspiration from lesser known European beer styles, along with local Vermont life to guide our brews. The attention to detail, modern equipment, and love for beer help produce truly authentic, unique beers. Cheers!

From my brother: pours a slightly cloudy orange with a white head. Smokey bread aroma. Taste is only slightly smoked and kind of sweet. This ain't Schenkerla.

From my brother: pours hazy sort of yellow. Aroma is citrus, earthy brett, lactic acid. Taste is a nice combination of brett with sourness. Did not really get too much salt. Complex and pleasant to drink.

Draught at Ginger Man Boston, 3/2/18.
Lightly hazy, deep golden-number 2 pencil with light bronze hues and a white head that fades quickly to a ring.
Peachy-papaya-like twang mixes with some dirt or ash-like hop notes. Estery and almost spoiled fruit-like at times. Very strange.
In the mouth it's better. Soft, juicy and yet dry with cherry-lime-like bitterness in the background constantly. Balances the lightly sweet malt that emerges more with warming. The nose is certainly strange but the beer is great. Honey-like malts are succulent while earthy, leafy, dank, juicy hop notes yield pineapple, lime, mango and other random Citra goodness. Great attenuation, carbonation and overall texture. No pine or booze. Perhaps the line had some other strange beer or had not been cleaned recently? Not sure why the nose is so strange yet the beer so good.
