Cask at the Nag’s Head, Reading on 20th September 2025. Crystal clear amber with shallow yet dense film and full lacing. Malty aroma. Nutty malts, grasses and ripe berry fruits in-mouth, and a finish of sweet fruits and nutty malts. Medium bodied with an engaging mouthfeel.

440ml can from the brewery and shared in Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, light piney, orange citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a crisp, fresh, somewhat light, tart orange citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Keg, third of a pint in the Boot on 16th September 2025. Hazed golden orange body, white roof. Fruity hop front with a sweetness within. El Dorado hops doing their thing, bitter finish.

Nose is raw pineapple, dank spike, melon, papaya, mandarin, grass.
Taste comprises orange zest, grass, pine needle, mandarin, papaya, lychee.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy punchy pale.

Pint at Cherry Reds. Hazy yellow-gold with white head. Soft tropical and orange fruits although slightly on the subtle side. Some spices in the finish. Medium bodied. Decent enough.

Keg draught at the General, Rushden. Light gold, hazy with a small film of white head and a fair bit of lacing. Light lemony aroma, some icing sugar, some orchard fruit. Sweet taste lets the malt base shine through, so a lot of vanilla, herbal lemon balm, gentle notes of pear. Medium body, carbonation on the low side. It's subtlety is its charm.
