75cl bottle from the brewery. Pours a hazed brown, modest loose off-white head. Aroma presents a familiar wild acetic Flanders sweetness, juicy suggestion. Great depth to taste, noticeable wine barrel nuances, malty with good array of wild elements. Excellent Flanders red with character.

Bottle from Stori. Color: Hazy orange amber, large white head. Aroma: Brett, malt, spicy. Taste: Leathery Brett, spicy notes (clove, nutmeg, peppery hints), leaves, grass, floral hop, tannins, hints of white grapes, vanilla and boozy hints. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Light to moderate sweet, over moderate bitterness going to over medium at the dry and astringent finish. Nice complexity. Reminds me a bit of Fantôme Saisons.

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy orangish golden, fast disappearing white head. Aroma: Leathery Brett funk, some Whisky, malty. Taste: Strong leathery Brett funk, malty, boozy Whisky and oak wood notes. Some dried stone fruit. Hints of tannins. Over moderate sweet, light sourness, moderate bitterness. Full body, low carbonation. Interesting. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a bit more balanced when younger, but as a Brett lover I'm glad I've had the chance to taste this one (last bottle at Stori) during our holiday in Wales this summer.

Can. Almost clear orange & amber beer, good bubbly cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, a nice biscuit and mild and unsweet caramel. Light pine into reasonably juicy ripe fruits. Light and semi dry finish. A light and pleasant bitter, very easy to drink. Could perhaps do with just a notch more hop bitter bite.

Bottle from Stori. Drinking this one om a very sunny terrace of our holiday home in Harlech, Wales. Color: Clear reddish orange, fast disappearing off-white head. Aroma: Vinuous, fruity, funky. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tart, very vinuous. Fruity red grape and hints of apricot. Rural and lightly leathery funk, oak wood. Subtle spicy Saison notes. Medium body, very low carbonation. Could have had a little more carbonation in my opinion. Beside to that it's very nice.

440ml can from the brewery. Unclear bright gold appearance, no head. Strong rhubarb character with a good lactic presence. Perhaps an apply hint from the mixed ferm, gentle pastry hints. Interesting. Going well with the original 1966 world cup final in colour.
