Keg at The Hope, Carshalton ... where's your fucking beer festival ? 29/11/24. Mahogany brown topped with a lasting beige head. Nose is herb, grains, spruce tips, dried fruit esters, vinous. Taste comprises stewed fruits, light yeast load, barnyard nip, vinous, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Interesting enough offering.

Keg at The Hope, Carshalton. Aroma is fruity, spicy, slightly vinous edge. Opaque chestnut. Thin foamy beige head. Spicy. Sour. Also earthy, herbal. Surprisingly light. Thin to slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Starts of interesting but a tad lightweight.

Half-pint, cask; 32nd Shrewsbury Beer Festival on 26th September 2024. Hazy dull golden body, white crust. Musty Belgian farmhouse leanings with old citrus fruits trying to get out and escape, add a dirty horse blanket if you want extra 'funkiness'.

Third of a pint at the 32nd Shrewsbury Beer Festival on 26th September 2024. Hazy old gold body, white crust. Citrus aroma and taste, dry and semi-bitter throughout, lemon like flavours being the reason.

Bottle. Enjoyed this one with a friend, didn't take many notes but enjoyed this beer very much. Hazy golden, white head. Stable and farmyard funk, fruity apple. Some sourness, not too much. Very nice! Best Wilderness I've had so far.

Keg pint at the Pheasant Inn and Brewhouse on 9th August 2024. Slight haze in the golden pour, smooth but fading white affair on top. Carbonation seemed a little high, orange/marmalade like vibes, Belgian yeasty hints, nice!
